"To me, photography is an art of observation. Itβs about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. . . Iβve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them." β Elliott Erwin (Documentary photographer)

Going through their Pale Pink Period! π
π
love the quaint subtle pink hues β€
Thank you, Kim. Cineraria often have electric hues, so this soft one really stood out from the rest.
Truly beautiful. Your flowers brings me peace, and a good feeling inside. I enjoy opening your blog as I devour my morning coffee.
Sweet, thanks, Maria!

Come, flowers! Come, spring!
Yes!
Pretty in pink … like the pink wash of the morning sun in the SPRING!
Yes, I thought it a lovely, delicate color. Are you back north yet? It is supposed to warm up at the end of the week, at last!
Not yet Eliza and I am selling my house (and garden) … I just love it here! And there’s the lake … I think it is supposed to snow up north by me this weekend.
So glad to hear you’ve made a happy home down there. Summers on the lake will be lovely in between. Yes, after today’s warm up (61F), the temp drops to 35 for Sunday’s high. (sigh)
Subtle color gradations make these beauties evermore lovely.
Thank you, Dor. I loved their soft beauty. π
Ah, nice to see something that suggests warmer weather!
I see the temps might get warmer by the end of the week. I just hope it doesn’t shoot straight up to 80 plus. The plants and trees would prefer a more gradual warming. Meanwhile, working outside in the cold is perfect. More comfortable than on a warm day.
Our temps are warming up as well – but still in the “pleasant to work in” realm. Or so I hope!
I thought it was an Osteospermum at first. I love the delicate pink variety. My own Cineraria are very unhappy and there are no pinks for me as yet this season.
I am wowed by the usual bold colors, electric blue and hot pink, but this one was super sweet.
Love the color variation and the border of darkness on the right side of the image. And great picture for your post below as well.
Thank you, Linda!
Be still my Heart ….. *sighs* …. (again) ….
Thanks, Amy! π
Lovely subtle colour and detail!
Thank you, Belinda!

Thank you, Robbie. We’ve been having snow flurries all day. I still went out and spread compost on three beds. I’m tired of waiting!
So pretty!
Thank you, Fi!
It’s nice how there’s that hint of pink! My favorite color is pink π
Thank you, Christy. It is a nice soft color!
This is lovely, great pattern.
Thank you very much, Trini!
Oops, I meant Maria! I must be getting tired -lol!
