Viewed on my phone, your photo is beautiful, Eliza! Best wishes for a slow but steady warm-up.

FYI, I first tried to view your post via my Chromium browser and then Firefox but both browsers showed a distorted view – I wasn’t able to see the snowdrops on the right side of the photo at all and your sidebar entries were superimposed on top of the photo, as if the photo wasn’t sized to fit the screen. It may be a problem on my end, although I tried 4 other blogs on various platforms and only my view of yours was impacted. I also checked your earlier post and it wasn’t impacted.

Thanks for the compliment and the info about how the post is being viewed. No one else has mentioned similar, but I will check it out. For some reason, I had a devil of a time putting the post together. The photo was taking forever to load. Cyber gremlins!

We’re hoping for rain tomorrow — if I could have some droplets like these, I’d be happy! It’s a glorious image for the Equinox.

  27. Thank you for the double dose of beautiful jewels, Eliza–water drops on snow drops.
Best wishes for this most gracious of seasons,
    Tanja

  32. shoreacres says:

Eliza, take a look at this San Antonio landbridge! It seems that Texas is getting with the program, and this one is special because it’s for people as well as creatures. A side note: it’s in Phil Hardberger Park. Phil was the mayor of San Antonio for a while, and one of my customers. I maintained his sailboat — a real beauty.

  33. Donna Donabella says:

    Beautiful, resilient spring!

  34. Adele Brand says:

Happy spring, and a lovely sparkling photo! I hope your snow is on the way out?

  35. Happy Spring, finally!, Eliza. Although the weather is taking a turn for a few days it’s good to know we made it through another winter and, as your image shows, the flowers are on their way.

    • Eliza Waters says:

Yes, so exciting that the last of our snow is now gone, too. Of course, now it is tick season :-/ We’ve already picked a few off us and the dog. It is always something! 😉
