Hey, that looks great Eliza. Green drifting into red floating on a bed of purple 🤗❤️🙏
Thanks, Mark. A irresistible contrast. 🙂
So very artistic.
Thank you, Rupali!
A beautiful composition Eliza, lovely to see the changing colours 🍃🧡🍂 xxx
Thank you, Xenia. Autumn is showing herself early this year, it seems. 🌻
Aw…beautiful!
Thank you, Julie!
Those are very interesting contrasts. What are the larger leaves?
Weigela, looking down on a low branch. 🙂
Nice composition (& pretty too!).
Thank you! 💕
So pretty! The colors really stand out against the white blossoms. 😕
Thank you, Pepper!
Every year at this time I think I should plant some asters in my garden. And then I don’t but I will think about it again next year at this time. Beautiful image.
Thank you, Dawn. It’s never too late, but I do the same with a lot of species… like tulips!
Oh, if only! It’s wonderful to see that contrast in color and form, knowing that our turn will come — eventually!
It is creeping in quite fast here, nights are chilly!
A lovely combination!
Thank you, Belinda! 🙂
Wonderful contrasts! Love that fall beauty.
Thank you, Laurie! Such a pretty time of year.
Sure is, even though my gardens are past their best. But then again, the landscape is beautiful that maybe it doesn’t really matter.
Yes the contrast is getting more noticeable 🙂
Seems to be coming fast this year. 🍁 🍂
Yes I have OAKS up here making some changes to their attire 🙂
Incredible—stunning colours and contrast 🍃💚💜🤩✨🙌🏼
Thank you, Susan!
Beautiful capture 🌿🧡🌿
Thank you, Karen! 🙂
How pretty! Love the aster Eliza. 🩷 Autumn is coming here too – we’ve had a few chilly nights already.
Thanks, Cathy. After the hot summer you had, it must be a relief!
It is!
Love the image, the composition especially. Is the aster a tiny creeping variety, a ground cover? I saw it once in Maine.
Thanks, Tom. It is a heart-leaved aster taken from directly above, making it look shorter than it is.
The colors are simply exquisite. This is my absolutely favorite time of year.
Thank you, Monika. After your hot summer, I believe it!
It happened so quickly here. One day everything is green and literally the very next day there’s leaves all golden and brown scattered on the ground.
Yes, it feels the same here. Those cool nights will do it!
Love the changes as the season shifts….beautiful!
Thank you, Donna!
A striking contrast! Lovely!
Thank you, Barbara!
The change is definitely subtly sneaking in around us – hints of orange and gold popping up in lots of places. Very pretty!
Thanks, K! The cool season is upon us 🍂🍁
Just love these transitional weeks when summer gives way to autumn . . .
Yes, it feels like it is coming on fast, enjoy!
Thank you, Eliza. You also!
