Such a serene and soothing image.
Thank you, I loved the light that day. It is a favorite spot on our route to the ‘big city.’ ๐
So beautiful!
Thank you, Cindy!
Serenity now! Soft and beautiful scenery
Thank you, Maureen. ๐
What a beautiful place, any day! I’m thinking of all the turtles, frogs & fish sleeping there.
What a wonderful thought! It is a drinking water reservoir, clean & unpolluted, so there would be lots of critters there. ๐ Thank you, Alice!
There’s a touch of magic is the ripples and mist. โค
Yes, it was rather magical. Thanks, Joanne. ๐
Lovely
Thank you, Derrick
So serene, I love the colors…
Merci, Louise. The light was so soft that day.
That’s truly beautiful Eliza
Thank you, Christina. ๐
Reblogged this on Anita Dawes & Jaye Marie.
Thank you for reblogging!
Beautiful!
Thank you!
Winter has some of the loveliest patterns.
It certainly does, thanks, Brenda. ๐
Love it Eliza! It reminds me of the sands โ muck that you would sink in up to your knees โ when the tide goes out here. I love to see the patterns and small pools and birds taking advantage of it all.
Thank you, Kathy. Your area must be a birder’s paradise. ๐
It’s paradise in many ways Eliza!
(sigh) ๐
Just lovely!
Thank you, Belinda. The play of light on all those ice puddles halted me in my tracks. ๐
Very beautiful!
Thank you!
A lovely shot!
Thank you, Chloris!
I’m standing there with the resolute grasses, eyes open, not thinking at all, not praying in words.
Amen. Thank you, Albert.
Where are my ice skates?
I skated on this when I was a teenager, and it was great! I think at my age, though, my skating days are over. (I could do some serious damage if I fell!)
It does seem like a lot farther to fall these days than it once did. I haven’t been out on our pond at all this year, thanks to the warm weather that keeps melting it. I might try to get out there this coming weekend (or if I am ambitious, after work one day – the house lights light it up pretty well).
Winter in snowy climes may be difficult but the views can’t be beat!
It’s true! I love that it is constantly changing with each new storm and the rise and fall of temperature. The scenery changes almost daily. ๐
I say this a lot, but this is one of my favorites, Eliza. I needed a soothing picture this evening. ๐
Thank you very much, Kim. My aim to spread serenity! ๐
Beautiful Eliza, it looks like a perfect place for meditation ๐
Thank you, Irene. Water is perfect for that.
We all need our piece of tranquility along life’s way.
Yes, indeed. Keeping our center!
Yes, so peaceful and serene. A real moment of Zen just to look at the picture.
Thank you, Laurie. We need a lot of Zen these days. ๐
You got that right. Many moments of Zen!
Calming and beautiful…
Thank you, Storm. ๐
