Sooo summery! โ๏ธ๐ธโ๏ธ๐ธโ๏ธ๐ธ
Yes! How I LOVE the summertime! ๐
It is a very pretty time ๐โ๏ธ๐โ๏ธ๐ฆ๐๐น๐๐ป๐
Lovely! So lush and green
Thank you, Ellen!
Such a lovely view – garden & woods beyond.
Thank you, Vicki. Our view from the deck…I never tire of it!
Drop me there and leave me there! Lol. Looks lovely.
Haha, thanks, Frank. ๐
What a lovely, lush looking garden!
Thank you, Anne! Lots of rain lately makes everything grow fast.
Oh, joy! “Wonderful Wednesday!” I’ve missed your garden! The Alliums look so pretty, as do the Ferns. Do you have birdhouse residents?
Thank you, Alice. Yes, a pair of wrens wasted no time establishing ownership. ๐
Wonderful clumps of alliums!
Thank you, Sandra!
Peaceful and calm Eliza ๐ธ๐ท๐ธ
Thank you, Karen โค Definitely a treat for the eyes.
Looking beautiful.
Thank you, Judy! I love the beginning when things really start to get going.
How gorgeous!
Thank you! Everything is coming along now that we’ve had some warm weather and rain. Can’t keep up!
Beautiful! I have some shady areas that need landscaping. Want to come give me some ideas? Your garden is amazing.
Thank you! Ferns are great in the shade garden. I just wrote an article about ferns, maybe I should post it. Other good plants are Epimedium, Primula, Columbine, Asarum, Hellebore, Hosta, Astilbe and Geranium.
Thank you for the list. I’d love to do plants native to E. TN. I think columbine is and we do have some wild Geraniums here.
Gorgeous Eliza; love the ferns in the background. So everything is growing again.
Yes, I love all the green. My heart belongs to summer. ๐
What a difference a few weeks makes!
Yes, once the temps rose and we got a few inches of rain – pow!
Ooooh your garden is being to grow Eliza. Looking lovely!
Thank you, Karina. At long last!
Will post some garden photos during the week – it is un-naturally hot here and my lupins are going over fast!
Yay! … the Patch is back! ๐
Hallelujah! ๐
Heh, heh, heh. ๐
So lush! Looks wonderful
Thank you, Allison. ๐
Ooh, it’s lovely to see your garden again Eliza! I have missed it! ๐ The Alliums look stunning against all the lush greens. The ferns are already enormous!
Thank you, Cathy. I’ve missed it, too, lol! ๐ Those ferns are fixing to swallow up that bird house, which is 5′ tall!
Wow! Hope they don’t take over the whole garden! ๐
๐
What a visual treat!! So gorgeous!!
Thank you, Angela!
A lovely tranquil scene.
Thank you, Alison. It is and I love watching it progress through the season – a delight.
It looks an amazing garden, will look forward to seeing more.
Thanks!
Lovely, anticipation?
Thank you, Amelia. It’s like the first course in a really long buffet. ๐
The appetizers look divine.
๐
Beautiful, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this view before, or noticed how lush the ferns are!
Thank you, Frank. Being newly unfurled, I think the ferns stand out more, before everything hardens and blends in together.
What a vision of peace and beauty.
Thank you, Jen!
Things are coming up beautifully!
Yes, they are, ๐ thank you, Belinda!
Looks lovely!
Thank you!
SO green! I’m slightly jealous of all that lush green! It looks absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing this tranquil beauty.
Thank you, Maria. I always say that the New England summers are why I put up with the winters! ๐
Looks like a very happy garden! Can’t wait to see what the garden you come up with!
Thank you, Denise. I hope the perfect weather continues.
What a fabulous view and the first shot of your garden means itโs definitely summertime!๐
Thank you – long awaited!
More beautiful than words!
Thank you!
Oh yes, I love how green that grass is – and the beautiful colors of the plants!
Thank you, Christy. Loving the warmer weather!
How very pretty!
Thank you, Fi!
How beautiful!
Thank you, Maria!
Love this time of year, all the new green, untouched—as yet!—by slugs and snails.
Exactly! The perfection of nature at birth. Have a good weekend!
You, too!
Thank you!
It’s moving along well – I do love the allium. You just have to be happy when you see them, like a little flower firework.
You’re back! Hope your travels went well. You were missed. ๐ Thanks for your visit here.
The first set of travels are done – I’m back on the road midweek again, so it’s just a brief return. It’s nice to have the chance to be on the road again, but I do miss everyone while I am away.
How wonderful. You have the perfect backdrop to the garden too.
Thank you, Susan. I guess you might call it ‘borrowed landscape.’ ๐
So very pretty! Can I see Aliums? Iโm not a plant expert but I recognise a few things. Iโm joining in with Wordless Wednesday on my blog from tomorrow โบ๏ธ
Thanks, Marie! Yes, those are alliums. Wordless Wednesday and Silent Sunday are perfect for sharing photos.
Ooh I didnโt know about Silent Sunday. Thanks for the tip Eliza. Glad my plant naming was correct apart from the spelling ๐ฌ
