Oh what glorious colours Eliza. Our autumn colour has been so late this year that many leaves have faded and dropped before they had a chance to really glow. Yours are a good substitute! Thank you!
Thank you, Cathy!
Very pretty dark veins.
Thank you, Jim. They don’t usually turn like this, it was a happy surprise!
‘These a’re beauti’fu’l ‘- so’r’ry about the oddness o’f the commas which have sp’rink’led themse’lves he’re.

Ah, the Red Oaks seem to have the best color! My Pin Oak is just beginning to turn and it always is the most beautiful shades of reds!
I was noticing today how the oaks have really begun to turn, bringing up the rear for the grand finale!
Stunning! We have a Bir Oak which mostly goes brown.
Thank you, Linda! This coloration is unusual. It may be due to our dry summer.
Wow, gorgeous colors, textures and composition! Well done Eliza!
Thank you very much!

Thank you, Robin. I’ve never seen oak leaves quite like this!
Beautiful Autumn colour Eliza, your summer seems to have passed so quickly and now you are in Autumn as we are in Spring.
Summer does feel like it went by quickly, alas. I hope you are enjoying your spring, Karen!
Oh yes, the nights and mornings are still really cold and the days are just right.
