Love the different clouds coming together at different levels. Was it windy? I may be projected. It was very windy here today. Beautiful shot, Eliza.

    • Eliza Waters says:

Thank you, Mary. I don’t recall it being super windy, but I think a front was rolling through and with the sun setting, the light made for a lot of drama. I love clouds!

  3. Karen says:

What a beautiful blue sky silhouetted with those tree branches, beautiful shot.

  4. MK says:

I love how the trees frame the blue sky, and how the clouds give a sense of depth. Nice composition, Eliza.

  5. I love clouds and it looks like you have 2 different types in this image

  20. So pretty – and I just noticed the forsythia header! One of my faves. We don’t have any at the new house, but I want to make sure we plant at least one, if for no other reason than being able to go outside in winter, cut a few branches and force it inside.

    • Eliza Waters says:

Thank you, Sarah. I keep forsythia for the same reason, it forces early and reliably. Place your new one in a sunny spot for optimal blooms and where it has room to spread out. 🙂 Happy Easter!

  21. A spring sky – lovely.. c

So beautiful! This photo is full of passion and looks like something big or dramatic is about to happen, like a storm or a change of some sort, in a symbolic way. Very inspiring! It almost looks like a painting; the clouds resemble brushstrokes. Sky pictures are some of my favorites, especially when it’s bright blue like here with some clouds. This is a great picture to elicit poetry, like in those challenges where a person looks at a picture and writes whatever comes to mind, something poetic inspired by the photo. I’m usually not good at that but if I was participating in that challenge, I feel that this would be the perfect photo! ❤ 😀
