A world of its own. Very nice!
Thank you, Gary. Tiny worlds to get lost in. 🙂
Fascinating.
Thank you, Cindy! 😉
‘Tulip puddles’…look frozen….there will be pretty blooms.
Fairy goblets! 😉
…just a little too small for the Fairies to go skating!
Eliza, this is beautiful. The images appear to show simple growth and yet with the title of your post, one is invited to look more deeply and to appreciate the unfolding in an altogether different way. You do this regularly and it makes me observe your images quite differently than I might otherwise…especially if I’m in a hurry. Thank you for such thoughtful and beautiful posts. 💜🙏🏻
Thank you kindly, Carrie. That makes me happy. 🙂 💜
The beginning…
Yes, looking forward to the show in a month or so.
Cups of dew……
Fairy teacups! 🙂 🧚🏻♀️
Nice! Little crystal balls of water.
Thanks, Laurie. Like mini gazing balls. 🙂
Yes! Fairy gazing balls. What would they see?
A good shoot!
Thank you! 🙂
Fabulous, Eliza!
Thank you, Cathy!
Surface tension beats inner tension every time!
Boy, ain’t that the truth! 😉
Genial idea! We’ve been getting rained on for thee past two days, with one more day of rain tomorrow. I should get out and see how the plants are doing.
Thanks, Hien. We’re getting a mix today with snow tonight. Winter is holding on!
Little cups of water.
Exactly! Teacups for fairies. 😉
What a lovely view of a slice of spring that will just get prettier once they bloom.
Thank you, Monika. I was charmed by these little cups of water!
Wonderful. Love your title 🙂
Thanks, Dale! 🙂
My pleasure!
Kind of reminds me of ice cubes in a glass of water. Nicely done, Eliza.
Thank you, Debbie!
Interesting how the water froze within the plant…Here in Montreal, we are (again) expecting snow tonight and tomorrow. Hopefully, it won’t stay on the ground too long. (Suzanne)
Thank you, Suzanne. It does look like ice, but they are just filled with rain. We’re getting a wintery mix today with snow overnight. Winter lingers on!
That is quite literally cool. Tulips?
Thanks, Amy. Yes, they are coming up through Ajuga. 😎
Like tiny teacups! Love these.
Yes! great analogy, Sandy!
A wonderful capture, Eliza. These kinds of small gifts on the ground, in trees, near or part of shrubs, are such treats to come across. Thanks for sharing this darling set-up!
Thank you, Tina. I love these perfect little ‘bubbles!’
Very interesting shots, Eliza! The foliage holding the the water/ice reminded me of tulips, although the surrounding foliage clearly isn’t that. What is it?
Thanks, Kris. They are tulips emerging through Ajuga. 🙂
Excellent title for this interesting sighting!
Thank you, Belinda! 🙂
Yep! Sacred Spaces and Places, our natural world. Your photography always captures the “in between”
Thank you, Gary. 🙏🏼
A pretty sight – for the shapes of the tulip foliage and the little pools of water.
Thank you, Tom. Nice to see new growth emerging (even if it will get covered overnight), spring is on its way.
My bluebells (Mertensia) just emerged last weekend. Not much snow expected here!
Beautiful, Eliza!
Thank you, Alys!
A different kind of crystal ball!
For sure! 🙂
May your tulips and my daffodils survive this load of snow being dumped on us today.
Yes, thankfully, it isn’t too cold, that would do more damage. Under a blanket of snow, at least they stay at 32º, but the heaviness is another story… 🫤
Looks like faceted sapphires! Beautiful, Eliza! xo
Thank you, Bela! 🙂
They are so beautiful ❤
My plan for the weekend was to get some fencing up to protect my budding tulips from the deer, but now the ground is covered by snow…we’ll see how things are tomorrow.
Thanks, Maria. Yes, there is still time… it’s the flowers they esp. love!
The wonders of nature. ❤
Indeed… thanks, Joanne. 🙂
