Memories of Autumn in Japan
Oh, I can just imagine how lovely that must be! Thanks for your comment and visit, Maureen.
Lovely. Just how many shades of gold are there?
Many, I think! Thanks, Micheal. 🙂
Those certainly look better in other climates.
They like cool, moist climates for sure.
A cheerful good-bye, till we bud, again.
🙂

My acers are starting to lose their leaves..my yard is littered with their gold… and it is hard not to feel sad…
I know the feeling. I miss the beauty and sounds of wind in our leaves when they are gone; they also give us fresh air, which is really missed!
They are clinging on – beautiful
Thank you, Karina! 🙂
Stunning light and color. So many different shades of yellow and gold. Who knew? 🙂
Thank you, Robin. This tree is a harlequin with a range from green to yellow to orange and red. Lovely in the fall.
You still have some color! Beautiful! 🙂

Not with all this wind – it’s rather blustery today!

Lovely, Eliza. Is that a Japanese maple?
Thank you, Cynthia. Yes it is!
You have beautifully captured the colour of the Acer Eliza, what is the blue below?
Thank you, Brian. It had snowed in the night!
I hope that splash of defiant sun is not powdered white by now!
We did have flurries overnight, but all melted for now. 😉
The way the lights catch the sunlight is lovely!
