Love this! 🙏🏻💕
Thank you, Karen! ❤
I love this peaceful scene, Eliza. ☺️❤️
Thank you, John, glad it speaks to you. 🙂
❤️☺️
Brrr cold but lovely. 😊👍🏽
Thanks, Pepper. It is very pretty out there today!
It is so pretty here too. Meet you halfway? 😉
😀 Absolutely!
A benediction to winter’s end.
Thanks, Anne. It feels like the beginning… our biggest storm to date this winter. But not uncommon to have our largest storms in the last month. Looks pretty out there!
Lovely photo, almost nurturing the snow!
Thank you. Always at peace, no matter the weather. 🙂
Very peaceful…I’d be so tempted to put some birdseed on his lap.
Ha, now there is an idea!
This is simply beautiful. Emblematic of so much. 💜🙏🏻
Thank you, Carrie. ❤
Stillness in winter, a peaceful scene.
Thank you, Barbara. Gives one pause, a daily reminder. 🙂
What a peaceful photo. Lovely.
Thank you, Debra. Always calm he is. 🙂
What a pretty and peaceful still life, Eliza 🙂
Thank you, Dale! ❤
My pleasure! 💕
This photo makes me feel so serene! Thank you….I needed that this morning! 😉
My most preferred state! 🙂 Ohmmm!
That’s a beauty, Eliza. It would make a great card.
Thank you, Laurie, good idea. With the ridiculous price of cards these days, I’ve been thinking of making my own. Thanks for the encouragement!
Definitely! You are such a wonderful photographer. Getting a photo card from you would be a treat. And one to keep and frame.
Aw, that is very kind praise, thank you!
Breathing….
Yes! 🙂

That is a lovely–and restful–capture. I needed that on this crazy morning…
Thank you, Tina, glad to provide a moment to pause and breathe… 🙂
Beautiful photo! Serenely unperturbed by change and changing weather… 💖✨🙏
Indeed, nothing upsets Buddha. 🙂 Thanks much!
Snow approved and appreciated by Buddha – what more could you ask for?!
He reminds me to accept it all. 🙂
Perfect title to go with your photo!
Thank you, Belinda!
Looks like he’s wearing a fleecy lap blanket!!
Ha, yes, maybe even Buddha gets cold sometimes? 😉
He might be even more serene if he had a blanket wrapped around him. 😊
🙂 Cool as a cucumber! 😉
Wonderful photo and title!🙂
Thank you, S!
I’m with the others, lovely and serene! Maybe sprinkle some bird seed into the lap of snow. 😉
Thank you, Donna! 🙂
Yet another reminder for me to chill and be at peace thank you.
When the universe is talking, listen up! 🙂
lol Right!
❤️
A longstanding garden friend. 🙂
Your picture raised the question of whether the real Buddha had ever seen snow. The Wikipedia article about him says he is traditionally believed to have been born in what is now Nepal; if true, then he probably did see snow.
Interesting thought, Steve. And who knows what the weather was like back then? 🙂
Serenity indeed. Snow is the image of peaceful when it is laying still, or slowly falling. We are enjoying a good February, the weather is 20-30F all the time, and it is rather nice. We’ve had some winds, but not too bad, and we’ve also enjoyed a lot of sun. I visited this place today https://www.carllarsson.se/en/ you would like it a lot. It is more gorgeous in the summer with the gardens, but it was still very enjoyable.
Thanks, Maria. One of my favorite artists~ it must be neat to see the house featured in many of his paintings. You’ll have to visit in summer to capture the gardens!
Really! Wow, I figured you would enjoy his work. I will definitely visit in the summer (it’s a short walk from my house.)
Snow or summer sun, a serene and peaceful symbol.
Indeed– thanks, Steve.
Beautifully zen, Eliza.
