So delicate
Thank you, Juan. It disappears with the arrival of the sun.
An incredible gift from Mother Nature, that would not last for very long without photography!
Thank you, Alice. Frost is very ephemeral and why it is so special. A photo saves it forever. 🙂
Excellent capture…
Thank you, Louise!
Eliza, would you please send me the link to sign in for the Silent Sunday challenge, thank you so much. Have a sweet Sunday.
Hi Louise! There is no official link. It is more a universal blog entry among photographers. Same with Wordless Wednesday. Join in anytime!
Thanks for the info, Eliza. I will definitely join in shortly…
An exquisitely beautiful image!
Thank you very much, Anne.
What a beautiful capture Eliza! You certainly have an eye for the silent beauty around us.
Thank you very much, Stephanie!
So beautiful!
Thank you, Joanne. Nature’s frosty gift. 🙂
Stunning shot of Mother Nature’s unadorned beauty. :-0
Thank you, Judy.
Nature’s handiwork. Lovely shot!
Thank you, Belinda!
Jack’s kiss, perhaps?
Yes, indeed. Thanks, Marian.
This is so beautiful, Eliza. It feels like a gift. I know there are a lot of people who don’t care for winter, but I love the beauty of frost and ice and snow. 🙂
Thank you, Robin. I agree. Winter has great beauty and lots of unexpected surprises around every turn. When I see ice formations or stand in the forest during a snowstorm, I think how fortunate I am to be in the midst of such grace. 🙂
Jack frost the artist!
His art is lovely to behold!
Winter beauty … I love it!
Thank you, Denise!
Cool shot Eliza!
Thank you, Mike!
That is just perfection, but it must be sooooo cold for there to be ice like that.
Thank you, Christina. True, cold it is. It was 12F last night. Brrrr!
Wow. Beautiful shot.
Thank you, Brenda. 🙂
perfectly balanced
🙂 Thanks, Kim.
Beautiful, Eliza! I haven’t had any frost on my windows yet this winter, but cold temps are in the forecast…
Thank you, Julie!
Frost-astic!
🙂
What a delight. Thanks for sharing with us down here at 34N latitude
My pleasure. A frosty couple of days here and now it is snowing. Ah, New England! 😉
12F is pretty darn frosty! It must be so beautiful
That it is. The snow makes it feel even more Christmasy. We cut our tree yesterday and have been decorating it, listening to the Nutcracker. Fun stuff!
That’s something I can say I’ve never seen here!
No, I’d think not… it’d mean disaster for all your plants!
Beautifully captured 🙂
Thank you, Sue!
🙂
Visited by that elusive northern visitor—Winter Jack.
Stealthy night visitor… 😉
Such beauty! It’s a flamboyant signature!
That it is – thanks, Kathy. 🙂
