    That’s a beautiful sky. I’ve not seen anything similar for months; we’ve either have had heavy cloud cover or the perfectly blue skys of high pressure systems.

    I can’t see much of a sunset unless I drive somewhere else. But I’ve sure seen some spectacular images of sunsets, including yours!

      Thank you, Dawn. The trees have grown around us for over three decades, so while we don’t see the actual sunset, if there are clouds, they can be showy. 🙂 🔥

    So pretty. As I drove home from my sister’s house last night, I could see a beautiful sky… course, I was itching to stop somewhere and take a photo! Alas, not to be done from the highway!

      Thanks, Monika. Though we’re a tad dry seasonally speaking, we’ve had enough to tamp down worries about fire, thankfully. Sorry you are experiencing that threat, scary to think about.

        Thanks, Eliza. I just found out about another fire near where one of my brother’s lives. Wildfires are always scary. Three federal firefighters were killed over the weekend. Not only is the state on fire, the two fires in Utah have expanded to join up with a big fire on the Western Slope. The entire state is a tinder box and it’s been windy all day.
