Thanks, I’m already counting down the days to autumn (92 for those wanting to know). LOL Summer is not my favorite season-it’s too hot for both Wilson and I.
Too bad you don’t have friends or family you could visit who spend summers on a lake up north. ๐

The -stice part of solstice is related to our native English stand. The solstice is the time when the sun (sol) seems to “stand still,” which is to say get no higher in the warm season or lower in the cold season.
