Amen to that. Thanks for your visit, Liz!

Wonderful photo for the beginning of summer on a day without rain that actually feels and looks like summer!đ Enjoy summer and the weekend!đ
Thank you and the same to you. We’re hoping for clearing skies this afternoon. Enough rain already!

Thank you, Irene!
Thankfully, it doesn’t feel like summer yet here – we even had a tiny bit of rain today! I do look forward to the sunflowers, though.
Wow, rain in June, such an unusual year this has been weather-wise. Yes, to sunflowers! My first should bloom in a few weeks- already!
Happy Summer Solstice, Eliza! đđđ
Thank you, Betty! â¤
Summer! Seems hard to believe – the last two weeks have been vaguely November-ish in England (one factor behind my sudden departure for the sunny slopes of Switzerland!) But it’s brightened up hugely today. Maybe mid-summer’s day has reminded the weather of what it is supposed to be doing!
I hope you and your flowers have some good sunshine too đ
Thank you, Adele. It has been a cool spring for us as well, but it makes for good gardening. đ
A pretty sunflower and good representation of summer! I am trying to catch up here after a 10 day trip and getting ready for some shows. Happy summer!
Thanks, Denise! I thought so, too. Hope it calls in lots of sunny days… the spring was awfully rainy.
Love that picture. I planted a lot of them, different varieties. Just watched a beautiful sunset!
Sounds delightful – thanks, Gary!
Sunflowers! The happiest flower on earth? I think it might be. Always makes me think of my little sister, I think I’ve told you that before đ Happy Summer Solstice!
