Beautiful picture. I like also the green colour.
Thank you, Ronald!
This is a perfect example of how we should look closer every day and admire the wonders of nature. Fascinating!
Thank you, Cathy, very true!
Beautiful!
Merci!
While a certain song celebrates raindrops on roses, raindrops on leaves can be a favorite thing, too!
Thanks, Linda. Yes, I am happy for whatever we get, the plants are starting to look a bit stressed lately in this heat.
The added feature of water to photos, is fascinating…great capture!
Thank you, Alice!
Filling the frame and getting up close to those raindrops. Gotta love it! 😊
Thank you, Pepper. I found the veining mesmerizing. 🙂
Stunning photograph
Thank you, Karen. Another small gift from Nature. 💚
Perfect raindrops. Back in Texas, the lizards drank them up.
Thank you, I would have loved to see that!
Wonderful. Funny, I shared blooms with raindrops on them today, too!
Thanks, Dale. We’re so grateful for whatever rain comes our way!
I hear you 🙂 Though we are not lacking!
Love this cooling summer photo!
Thank you, Tina!
We need rain so desperately. And yesterday it rained, a slow steady rain for over an hour, and then it did that again later in the day. It was the perfect rain for our parched, hard, soil. It’s hot today, that steamy hot after the rain but I’m just grateful not to be watering my gardens for one day!
I hear you, I’m grateful for whatever we get. Glad you and your plants got a bit of a reprieve.
Love this image, Eliza. 💚
Thank you, Jane. Between the veining and the raindrops, I was beguiled. 🙂
💚🍃💚🍃💚🤩
Thank you, Susan!
I love raindrops
Aren’t they marvelous? 🙂
From their colors to their nests to their distinctive whistle. ❤️
That’s a fabulous macro shot, Eliza. Well done.
Thank you, Monika! A little gift that landed on my deck. 🙂
how did you do that?
🙂 I saw the leaf on my deck that had blown there in the wind and rain. I was attracted to the perfect drops, but then I saw the veining when I zoomed in. IPhone shot and editing, amazing. 🙂
Amazing what you can do with a cell phone
love this- magical and makes me smile!
Thank you, glad to hear it!
Cool and fresh, a lovely photo!
Thank you, Belinda!
Drops are useful magnifiers – intriguing view of the leaf veins through them.
Thanks, Tom. Kinda fun to notice how defined it all was, and this with an IPhone, no less!
This is a gorgeous shot, Eliza.
Thank you, Alys!
Thank you for sharing!
So beautiful. Did you use a macro lens?
Thanks, Julie. Just my IPhone!
awwww… lovely
Thank you!
Ooooo! This is gorgeous, Eliza. ♥
Thank you, Robin!
Pretty! Do the droplets indicate there was some rain?
Thank you, Kris. Yes, just enough to wet things, but not a good soaking rain. They say we are in moderate drought, the Boston area, severe. Not good, our plants aren’t adapted to so little rain. There might be some late next week, fingers crossed.
Little orbs of water. So pretty.
Thank you, Laurie. 🙂
