Happy Mother’s Day, Eliza! 🌸🌺
Thank you, Jane! Hope your day is special. 💕
Lovely primroses, I see you are still enjoying lovely spring flowers.
Thank you, Liz. I read that they thrive in hedgerows, so I tucked these into mine and they are quite happy there, semi-wild. 😉 It has been overall a cool spring, so things are slowly advancing, all the better for enjoying the garden’s progress.
I agree, we need to savour every moment of spring. Here it is full summer but we are going back to the UK shortly and things aren’t so advanced there.
I’d say you do a superb job of ‘mothering’ your garden and landscape!
Thank you, Linda. I love that compliment!
Happy Mother’s Day beautiful carer of flowers 🌺
Thank you, Dawn! 🌿
Thank you for your good wishes: there are so many kinds of mothers in the world! I hope you enjoy a splendid day.
Thank you very much, Anne! 🌿

Happy Mother’s Day to you! Lovely photo 🙂 One of my gardening neighbours giftet me some Primula veris plants today. I have a new perennial flower bed that I haven’t shared yet, and I planted them there. It was my mother’s favourite flower.
Thank you, Maria. Can’t wait to see your new flower bed!
Happy Mother’s Day, Eliza.
Thank you, Alys! 🌸
Have a wonderful day!
Thank you, Sandy!

Thank you, Karina. The busy bees make hybrids, too. 🙂
That’s such lovely Mother’s Day flower bed. Hope you’ve had a terrific Mother’s Day, El.iza.
Thank you, Monika, same to you!
Hope you had a great Mother’s day! The primroses are lovely.
Thank you, Tom, that I did!
Your Primroses are perfect for Mother’s Day… in the UK they used to be the traditional flowers picked for mothers on our Mothering Sunday, which is always the fourth Sunday in Lent, i.e. March. 🩷
Thanks, nice to know that, then they are right on time! Our spring is much later, alas!
🙂
Those are pretty. I’ve never seen them growing, only in stores in pots. Very lovely.
Thank you, Dawn. The store ones are hardy in our zone, so I always plant them in spring after they are done blooming. 👍🏼
Beautiful spring flowers. Hope it was a grand day for you. Honoring Mother Nature here with a beautiful day of birds and flowers.
Thank you, Donna. May-days are simply the best!
A belated Happy Mother;s Day to you!

Thank you, Tina. A classic cottage-garden flower!
Absolutely lovely. And what a beautiful way to extend Mother’s Day wishes.
Thank you, Laurie. I hope your offspring gave you a marvelous day. 🙂
So grateful!
