Speaking of “Silent Sunday,” I remember from childhood how quiet things got outdoors as snow fell.

Such an interesting shot with quite a weird quality of light. It seems it just goes on and on snowing!
We’re shifting over to more rain, but snow flurries still happen, and of course, the dreaded ‘wintery-mix’ of freezing rain and sleet. Winter is losing the contest, however!
Good that the end is in sight with days noticeably lengthening. Of course the opposite is happening here with the shortening days reminding us that our summer is on the wane.
