Our flameleaf sumac (Rhus lanceolata) offers the same glorious fall colors; it’s one of the few dependable sources of color we have. It’s wonderful to see yours already turning: so beautiful!

I love the name. It must be the tree with the most leaflets on one branch.

Sumac always turns a brilliant color in the fall! You’ve captured its variations from yellow and gold to red and orange — mighty pretty, Eliza!
