I’m joining Cathy at Words and Herbs for her third annual Week of Flowers. She writes:
“Please join me in making December a bit brighter. From Wednesday, November 30th through Tuesday, December 6th, create a post. It can be one photo, or more if you like. You can post just one day or all seven. But do leave a link in the comments so that we can all see what you have found to share!”
Open to all… Let’s brighten up the blogosphere!
A lovely combination of flowers.
Thank you, Anne, it is a favorite of mine.
Spring in a photo! Love it.
Thank you, Su! 🙂
These are beautiful and refreshing flowers.
Thank you!
Ethereal Eliza.
Thank you, Cindy!
So pretty. 🤗😘
Thank you, Cathy!
Such a wonderful combination, Eliza…
Thank you, J & A, it is definitely a favorite of mine. 🙂
Reblogged this on Anita Dawes and Jaye Marie.
Glorious….these Spring temptations…so we won’t forget.
Thank you, Alice. I love this combination and the scent, definitely glorious!
I love this blue & white spring…..ironic since white snow makes blue shadows all winter!
Thank you, one of my favorite bouquets!
So dainty!
Thank you, Sandra! I swoon over lily of the valley. 😉
That combination of white and purple is so beautiful.
Thank you, Laurie… I wish I could smell the LOTV through the photo!
Love the color contrast. Just beautiful. 😊
Thank you, Pepper, I find it so soothing!
🙌🏼🤩❤️
Thank you!
Cheers me right up! A lovely combination 💖
Thank you, Val! 🙂
A beautiful mix, Eliza.
Thank you, Kris. I adore the scent of lily of the valley!
I love that combination of flowers and colours. I’d like to get a bleeding hearts plant for myself next year, there are some pretty ones around.
I have the pink and white and my sister gave me seed for a coral one, which was new to me. They are a lovely and unique flower.
So pretty! It looks like we’ve jumped forward to May 😊
Yes, we have! Thanks, Belinda. 🙂
What a lovely idea … and a gorgeous photo!
Thank you, Debbie!
Pretty and my school colors 🙂
Thank you, I love the combination.
The white bleeding hearts are entrancing, and the lilies of the valley brought back sweet memories. The house I grew up with had ferns and lily of the valley on both sides of the front steps; I’d always make a bouquet of them for May Day baskets.
Nice memory! I planted a patch when I moved here 30+ years ago and they have spread to the point where I can pick large bouquets at will, such a luxury! One of my favorite scents.
Thank you for the love and light !
My pleasure! 💕
Excellent combination: two white flowers and a purple one.
Thank you, Hien. They compliment each other very well!
Both pretty colors are combining together.
Thank you, Suni!
white bleeding hearts are so stunning
Agreed, such purity. Thanks much!
What a beautiful combination! I’m not sure if I ever saw white bleeding hearts before. If I did, it was probably in one of your photos!
Thank you, Denise. I love the purity of this combination, not to mention the heavenly scent!
You always brighten up the blogosphere!
Why, thank you kindly, Gary! 🙂
What a beautiful natural bouquet. I so miss my lily of the valley and bleeding hearts (I had both white and pink mixed in with my lily of the valley!)
Thank you, Dale. The heady scent of LOTV is beyond compare!
That is so true. Waaaay back, my sister and I (the third was not born yet or just a baby) received a gift of a little doll inside a plastic purse/container. Mine was LOTV and I’ll never forget it.
Sweet! 💕
🙂
Hi Eliza. What a lovely idea. And a happy reminder of all those beautiful flowers to MJ
Thanks, MJ. A good meme as we head into the cold season.
With the Lilies of the Valley you’ve got a fragrant as well as beautiful arrangement.
Thanks, Steve. One of my favorite scents, even have hand cream so I can smell it all year long. 🙂
We’re glad to have their scent in the front yard despite their aggressiveness.
So pretty in the bright sunlight!
Thanks, Barbara!
