So very pretty! How I love orchids.
Thank you, Laurie… they possess such unique beauty. And to think they pretty much grow in air (epiphytic)!
Right? They seem like a miracle of nature.
‘Sugaring up’! Lovely!
Thank you, Cathy! 🙂
Wonderful pic
Thank you kindly!
Welcome, Eliza.
Gorgeous Eliza
Thank you, Sheree!

Thank you as well, Eliza! Best wishes, Michael
This is a pretty picture of an orchid – the water drops make it special.
Thank you, Anne. Happened to catch it right after they watered. 🙂
This is a lovely orchid. Love it with the dew, rain, or spray drops. Mary Beth grows a few and we enjoy their flowers and scents. Nice shot of yours, Eliza.
Thank you, Steve. This was over at Smith… love that place!
That is so beautiful Eliza!
Thank you, Susie!
A very happy plant!
Isn’t it a beauty?!
What a beauty! Mine is down to three, no four flowers!
Thank you, Dale. This one was in a greenhouse. I have a couple of those mini-orchids on the window sill above my kitchen sink. I enjoy them so much!
So pretty!
Thanks! x
🙂
Exquisite! Love the dew drops.
Thank you, Barbara!

What a beautiful photo, Eliza. Love the drops of water along those exquisite pink blooms.
Thank you, Tina. I happened by right after they watered, perfect timing. 🙂
Beautiful orchids! Thanks for posting.
Thank you, Diana!
Gorgeous colors….the centers of orchids are so intriguing.
Thanks, Alice. Some look like little monkey faces to me. 🙂
Beautiful Image Eliza!
Thank you, Reed!
I can almost smell it!
🙂 Aren’t orchids amazing?
Agreed!
This is just gorgeous, Eliza! The colors, the detail … stunning!
Thank you, Debbie! 🙂
Such a happy plant Eliza, the flowers are beautiful! 💗
Thank you, Xenia! x
Such a departure from snowy scenery! I trust the orchid is housed inside a warm enclosure.
Yes, from a local conservatory… balm for my soul! 🙂
Just gorgeous
Thank you, Karina!
Beautiful, especially with the water droplets. 😊
Thank you, Pepper!

Wonderful photo!
Thank you, Belinda! 🙂
Beautiful and with the bonus of water droplets!
Thank you, Donna!
Absolutely lovely orchid blooms, and it must love living at your house. It appreciates a green thumb. 🙂
Thank you, Judy. I would love to own this one, but it is in our local college greenhouse, an unusual species of Phalaenopsis, a real beauty.
Really pretty Eliza. I do not have luck with orchids and I always think people who can grow them have the greenest fingers of all. 👍😉
Thanks, Cathy. They are tricky, for sure. Karen Gibson posted a video once featuring a man who grew them. I remember they like indirect light and to wait until the roots turn white to water them (they turn green when hydrated). Fertilize monthly (which I’m not good about). That advice has kept two mini-phalenopsis on my north window sill alive for two blooming seasons!
My partner’s Mum had no idea about orchids and when she was given one once she was horrified its roots were not in ‘proper soil’ and she repotted it into normal compost! 😂 (It flowered for almost two years nonstop!)
😀
Beautiful photo and love the color!🙂
Thank you!
It occurred to me only as I was admiring this photo, Eliza, that we don’t often see orchids dripping with water. It’s beautiful.
Thank you, Jet… just like in the rainforest. 🙂
Lovely orchids, we have tried to grow then a few times as house plants but they never seem to last long.
Thanks, Ryan. I’ve lost many myself. The only ones I’ve managed to grow are those mini ones you get in box stores!
Beautiful pictures!!:)
Thank you, Josh!

They look like ballerinas!
Indeed, tiny dancers! 🙂
Pretty variety and shot! I have 7 orchids in the house with 5 of them reblooming at this time. That makes me happy!
Oh, good show! My luck with orchids is spotty, but they are undeniably lovely. 🙂 Thanks much!
