Wordless Wednesday – Morning Sky

Wonderful post Eliza.
Thank you kindly!
The start of a day filled with possibilities.
Yes! Thanks, Anne.
The leaves are leaving you. Winters coming. I envy your winter and all the snow. Can you believe we had two thunder storms with lightening, rain, and general gorgeous chaos, in the last week? Last nights was truly spectacular lightening and thunder. We are in sustained and appalling drought, but we got hail and an inch of rain last night. I am still nursing my new Matilija poppies as I have been all summer. I planted 8. 5 have survived, but I have questions about 3 of them. These are native but so tough to find and grow. They like riverbeds, and we are on a mountain. I hope you stay well Eliza.
Thank you, Cindy. An inch of rain for you is incredible – did you have flash flooding? Hope your poppies make it… they are so gorgeous in bloom.
Perfect 💙
Thank you, Karen! x
Beautiful! (Did you fall down too?)
😀 Thanks, Gary… not this time, ha!

Beautiful autumn sky, the season made apparent by the bare tree. Happy fall, Eliza…seasonally, not physically. 🙂
Yes, 🙂 thanks, Steve!
That tinge of pink adds a completely different feel to the photo. Full of possibilities! 🙂
Thank you, Allison, promising a fair day!
Great photo including the header. We are having some bang up weather to enjoy as we work in the garden.
Thank you, Judy, it’s a blessing!

Thank you, Tina! 🙂
What a beautiful scene.
Thank you, along our trail near the river. A lovely walk.
😎🙂♥️
Thanks, Susan!
Those clouds are a wonderful color! How would you describe it? Mauve?
Thank you, Laurie. A bit of a mix, I’d say– pink, mauve and lavender. So pretty!
Pretty and colorful, unlike ours with is gray and rather gloomy at the moment.
Thank you, Kris. Hope those clouds offer a bit of moisture for you.
Beautiful clouds and blue sky Eliza! 💙 xxx
Thank you kindly, Xenia!
Stunning! We’ve been having more than our share of rain — not very photogenic, I’m afraid!
Thank you, Debbie. Yes, it seems this year that the weather is either drought or deluge. We’ve had a fair amount of rain, too, but I’d rather that than drought any day.
Nice start to the day!
Indeed, it was… thanks, Belinda!
Amazing picture. I like
Thank you

Thank you, Karina!
So pretty 🌈
Thank you, Karen. x
The air seems to have a lovely clarity. I like the portrait orientation – it provides an interesting dimension.
Thank you very much, Carol. The light this time of year is so nice.
Lovely puffy clouds, Eliza. Love the silhouetted trees. 🙂
Thank you, Jane. ❤
Very nice photography!
Thank you, Andy!
Here’s a song whose first line harmonizes with your title: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJeLguRecYc]
Thank you, Steve. I was a big JC fan back in the day.
Me too. I’ve seen her in performances a couple of times over the past five decades and at a book signing here in Austin in the 1990s.
Wow, this actually looks like something I might see in my town too! 🙂
Clouds are universal and respond to the same effects the world over. A unifier! ❤
