Clockwise from upper left: Jacob’s Ladder (Polemonium caeruleum), Bleeding Heart (Lamprocapnos spectabilis), Japanese Painted Fern (Athyrium niponicum), Maidenhair Fern (Adiantum pedatum), Lily-of-the-Valley (Convallaria majalis), Lilac (Syringa vulgaris)
Stunning. I’d live forever in a garden with these beauties. Nothing would get me out. Thanks for sharing Eliza
Many thanks, Dee!
What gorgeous perennials you have nurtured with you green thumb. I love the look of bleeding hearts and lilacs and lily-of-the-valley are 2 of my favorite smells. Awesome photo collection too!
Thank you very much… fragrance in the garden is such a delight. 🙂
Beautiful, I love lilacs 😊
Their scent is a delight – -thanks, Lily!
Beautiful flowers and photos! These would make really pretty notecards. I do a 5×7 set of 6 aspens and they sell in some local shops. You could have different color sets too. One that is pinks and purples and one that is yellows and oranges. Maybe something to work on over the winter! 🙂
Good suggestion, Denise. It would be a good fall/winter project. Thanks much!
Oh, those Bleeding Hearts! I still haven’t found a plant to buy, but I keep looking … one will turn up someday. ❤
They are so pretty, one of my spring favorites.
