  6. dawnbirdau says:

    Love the contrast.

  7. Vicki says:

Nothing like Autumn leaves to paint our landscape in full colour. Winter is so white and grey.

  8. GREAT PHOTOGRAPH ELIZA, THERE IS SO MUCH COLOUR AND CONTRAST

  9. The subtlety of fading autumn color is lovely as well. Very nice, Eliza.

  10. Laura Denise says:

I see…staying evergreen to who you are despite everyone else/everything changing. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  11. Alice says:

The leaves have such a nice shape, strong veins & lovely shades.

  12. You’re going to sprinkle a little white stuff on those leaves this week. ๐Ÿ™‚ Happy Sunday, Eliza.

Thanks, Judy. The recent windstorm and heavy frost has already taken down most of these lovelies. So nice to have had the show we had; being a more southern native, it turns brown after a hard frost, so the slow cooling this fall made for a good show.

  13. Robin says:

Beautiful colors. I like the pattern of the green leaf in the front. Whoever is nibbling on it is a little artist. ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Very Nice Eliza! Beautiful Colors & Detail!

  15. sandyjwhite says:

Only autumn can create so many colors in such a small area. Love it!

  16. Kris P says:

My thoughts on fall foliage color: if you’ve got it, flaunt it!

  17. Murtagh's Meadow says:

Beautiful colours. Ours are nearly over.

  18. Amazing fall colors Eliza. You do have your own paradise ๐Ÿ™‚

  19. Pretty, pretty! Are they covered with snow yet? We have had a little storm in Maine, and it wouldn’t surprise if the snow was here until March. I’ll be out taking pictures soon.

    • Eliza Waters says:

Thank you, Laurie. Most of the leaves are now gone. We had flurries today, but nothing stuck. Now the windchill is in the teens as the front moves through. Too cold, too soon!

  20. Maria says:

These changes are not seen in Florida. Very nice!

  21. Jewels says:

So bright and cheerful! I like the contrast of that little greenie guy. ๐Ÿ˜Š
