Wonderful capture, Eliza! The colors are changing, how exciting!
Thank you, Donna! Fall seems to have come early this year… oh-oh! π
Very Nice Eliza!! Wonderful Image! Love the framing of the elements and how it draws your eye to the yellow leaf!
Thank you very much, Reed!
Terrific image! I think it’s safe to say that fall is here.
Thank you, Laurie! Yes, it feels it particularly in the early mornings.
Sure does!

Thank you kindly, Sarah. Happy Autumn to you!
There is so much to look at in your photo! All the different colors on the leaf, soft moss, five-fingers & I see faces in the rocks.
Thank you, Alice! I was drawn to capture all the many textures and details.
I love it! The first of many to fall. Beautiful shot, Eliza! β€
Thank you, Julie! Kind of bittersweet, seeing the leaves come down.
Autumn is coming:-)
Yes, it is feeling like it more and more each day (but esp. at night). π
A picture is worth a thousand words! π
You live in a beautiful area of the country, Eliza, and you have a talent for capturing that beauty in wonderful vignettes.
Thank you so much, Kris! β€

The one leaf says it all. π
Yes, it does. The writing is on the wall (or the ground as it were)! π Thanks, Irene.
Itβs only been a few days and I already have a fall favorite! Fabulous photo!!π
Thank you very much!
I really like the fingers of rock and moss pointing to the oh-so-significant fallen leaf! Enjoy the beauties of the fall, or autumn as we term it here British-style.
Thank you, Carol!
A perfect bit of colour!
Thank you, Belinda!

Happy autumn! π
Thank you, Adele, same to you!
Wonderful image. I love autumn!
Thank you, Lane. I like autumn well enough, it is the season that follows that I don’t like at all!
I totally understand Eliza. I’ve been sort of dreading this winter since the last one lasted so long. We’ll just have to look over old photos and keep warm with good memories until spring comes.
Winter is too long, for sure. As a gardener, I miss being outside putzing around, and indoors having the windows open and listening to crickets at night. I need the sun and fresh air!
What nice textures!
Thank you, Maria!
