Lucky you to see them in person Eliza. Thanks you for sharing the beauty 💕
Thank you, Val. What a treat it was to sit in the warm sun again, even if only for a few days. 🙂
We’re headed there in a few days. I’m bringing your photographs with me, just in case . . .
Enjoy your trip, Albert. Hope your weather is excellent!
Wow….really beautiful. Wish I could hear those frogs!
Thanks, wish I knew what species they were, but FL has dozens of species. No clue!
Beauteousness!
Thank you, Cindy!
Beautiful! And I love that crescent moon with the palm.
Thank you, Lisa! The last couple nights had that final accent – so perfect!
Such a totally different environment than ‘up here in MA’….no favs…all beautiful photos…definitely enjoyed…as did you!
Thank you, Alice. It was so nice to get away!
A visual treat!
Thank you, Belinda!
Wowsah. That’s quite a vacation! All the pictures are fantastic, but the last one is particularly stunning.
Thank you very much, Laurie. It was a treat to get away for a few days. And Maya went with me! 😉
Nice!!! Maya in Florida!
It really is a book that travels. 😉
So much beauty in those sunsets! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, Hien!
Stunning sunsets, Eliza.
How lucky you were to be in that moment and capture them, both with your own eyes and with the camera lens.
I never cease to be uplifted and amazed at the light and cloud cover at dusk or sunset.
Thank you, Vicki. No two alike and always enthralling. 🙂
These shots are so enthralling & enticing. You are one lucky to witness & lock these beauties forever!
Thank you, I do feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to witness them.
Very colorful Eliza! Enjoyed seeing them!
Thank you, Reed!
you went wandering =^_^= thanks for sharing
Yes, I had to get a good dose of Vit.D to get me through the rest of the winter. 🙂
These are very atmospheric. We might have been in Florida at about the same time. Did you manage to see any gardens?
Sadly, there were none other than the community garden that had nice looking veggie beds. However, I loved my visit to a fabulous swamp that I will post about later.
A ‘proper’ holiday then! I’ll look forward to the swamp post, especially as I know you’ll rise above any temptations to make puns about draining it. 🙂
🙂 Not this one, it was spellbinding!
Sweet !
It certainly was! Thanks!
BEAUTIFUL, and I hope those nice warm memories keep you warm this cold weekend. 🙂
Thank you, Judy. I’m trying to hold on the memories by staying close to the wood stove! 😉
Magical Captures Eliza! 🙂
Thank you, Karen!
Spectacular! I hope you had a great time.
Thanks, Kris. It was so nice to find a sunny spot to bask in. It might have felt cool to you (60-70), but I was in heaven!
Beautiful and looks so relaxing. Quite the opposite of the snow falling outside here. It has been relaxing to watch, but tomorrow I’ll have to shovel out. I think I might rather be looking at those Florida sunsets.
Thank you, Cindy. It was nice to get away from winter for a few days, wished it was longer!
Wow…these are gorgeous! Something new to look forward to each evening!
Thank you, Sandy. It became a ritual I couldn’t miss!
I can see why!
And some super silhouettes of trees too, with their amazing shapes
Thank you, Denzil. Palms speak the universal language of ‘warm climate.’ 🙂
What a treat!
Indeed!
Beautiful warm and translucent skies – I can see how your holiday in such a place and in warm sunshine will help sustain you through the remaining winter weeks.
Thank you, Carol. It was light therapy on a grand scale, getting my body clock ‘reset.’ Three months to wait now before seeing the same again.
Stunning! 😊
Thank you, Irene!
Beautiful, Eliza! I’m happy for you that you had a vacation. Ahhhhh ….. warmth and sunshine ….. ☃️
Thank you, Amy. The lengths I’ll go to get some good Vit.D! 😉
I hope you didn’t have to suffer too much! 😁
🙂
Beautiful sunsets Eliza, what a treat! 🤗💖
Thank you, Xenia. It really was a welcome respite from the cold!
So glad you enjoyed Eliza! I certainly recognize that beauty! See you next year?
Longer stay, too! 🙂
I needed some images of sunshine and water today! Thank you, Eliza!
Thank you, Kim. Glad you liked them!
They are spectacular Eliza.
Thank you, Andrea. A nice pause at the end of the day for reflection.
Very nice Eliza!
Thank you, Maria!
fabulous!
Thank you, Karina!
They certainly are exceptional from Florida’s west coast, Eliza!
Agreed, thanks, Donna!
Purely amazing photos! The captured colors draw you in!
Thank you, Robert. One never tires of these amazing sunsets!
Looks blissful!
It was nice to get away from winter for a while. 🙂
Oh wow what a beautiful place to be this time of year! I’ve been in FL twice, once in 2004 and again in 2008. My dad still teases me about the time he and I were driving along the coast at sunrise and he kept trying to get me to look at the magnificent sunrise but I was too sleepy! I wouldn’t miss it for anything if I was there now though. 🙂
Haha, I can imagine that. 🙂 It was really nice to get a break from the cold weather, even for a short while.
Lovely photos. I remember it well. The light is so different from here that it bears noting, at least for me. Aloha, Eliza!
Thank you, Bela. Wouldn’t that be a great study… sunsets around the world? If I had unlimited funds, I might attempt to document it. 🙂
Haha yes. I will stay put, however. Our sunsets are just unreal here, and keep me in a perpetual state of awe. Blessings on the day! 💕
These are really beautiful, Eliza. I’m glad you got some time in the warmth and sun to liven up your winter months. 🙂
Thank you, Robin. It was a nice break – how I need/love sitting in the sun!
Wow, fantastic sunsets.
Thank you, Jill.
What can I say, except WOW! As you know, my kind of thing!
Thank you! 🙂
Breathtakingly beautiful. I’m a sunset junkie too https://noelliesplace.com/2019/02/25/sunset-junkie/
Thank you, Noellie!
