"To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. . . I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them." – Elliott Erwin (Documentary photographer)

What a lovely collection Eliza
Thank you, Dorris!
Some new stargazer-esque lilies came out while we were away – it was wonderful to come home to see that last night. I have some new balloon flowers that are looking small but pretty, too. And there are a whole lot of summer flowers that seem to have gotten the memo that it’s not quite, technically summer and are seemingly just waiting for the perfect day to come out.
Sounds like things are gearing up for the hot days ahead. I hope you can post some photos with Choppy as model. 🙂
I really should – I missed the peonies, but the zinnias are close, as are some new coneflowers I planted this spring.
Clematis is so interesting and complex! Seems like you have lots blooming!
I have a succulent blooming now. Plenty of Cacti have arrived and more will be coming.
Oh, lovely – bet they are pretty!
Clematis are all so varied, too. There is a lot blooming in a June garden around here – the best month, I think.
Your garden looks beautiful! Here it’s all strawberries, onions and garlic … and the start of the courgette season 🙂
Thank you, enjoy your produce!
Gorgeous! I suppose all the rain the northeast received this spring made your garden happy.
Thank you, Denise! While thankfully, we haven’t had the flooding downpours like the mid-Atlantic, our rain has been adequate for the garden to provide a steady stream of blooms.
