Ooooooh! Soooo beautiful!! ๐๐ธ๐๐ธ๐๐ธ๐๐ธ
Thank you, Trini!
Beautiful shot !
Thank you!
Gorgeous! I love all the yellow!
Thank you, Sarah!
Don’tcha love it when butterflies coordinate with their flowers?
Yes, I do! ๐ I would desperately love to see a monarch coordinate with my Asclepias tuberosa!
So sweet Eliza. I love seeing your land through your eyes. Hope your days is extra specially yellow and green.
Thank you, Mary! ๐
Absolutely lovely because I haven’t seen even one this year so thank you for sharing. ๐
There were a good number a few weeks ago, but nothing like the bumper crop last year. I guess they go in cycles. That blast of cold weather in March might have killed a lot of chrysalises.
Whenever I see your pictures, I want to go for a run near your home ๐
๐ I hope someday you get a chance to do so. You’re welcome any time you may find yourself out this way.
Beautiful! I do not know what is happening, but my garden is full of butterflies this year.
Thank you, Anca. It must have been a kind winter or maybe word got out that you have a wonderful cafe in your garden! ๐
Such happy colours. Beautiful shot!
Thank you, Allison!
Awwww, the peaceful garden with visitors!
The quiet moments that add such meaning to the work! ๐
Perhaps you remember it Eliza, I recently saw this butterfly and it followed me everywhere. It was in my hair, on my nose, on my watch and on my camera. It was really funny. A very friendly creature. That was when we were in Portugal. Cheers.
Yes! I bet it was after your salt. ๐ They can also be seen at the edge of puddles lapping up minerals.
I guess so. It was a very hot day ๐
Yellow on yellow. ๐
Color coordinated~ ๐
Beautifully captured.
Thank you.
I almost didn’t see it on the small screen of my phone- but then there it was clear as day. Beautiful capture.
Thank you, Christina. Glad you caught it! ๐
๐
The swallowtail reminds me of those beautiful lady poses from the Art Nouveau period.
Aw, nice! and thanks. ๐
