  1. My mother used to dip my fingers in honey, set me in the corner of the kitchen with a feather to play with and I’d be happily contented for hours Eliza. As she told me later, “Honey, simple minds, simple pleasures” 8^)

  2. The “Live in the Now” is probably the most challenging for me. What in Buddhism they also call “ruminating”, is a difficult habit to break, unless one wakes up to self-awareness and lives in the moment.

      I think awareness is the most crucial step and from there it becomes a matter of practice. As with anything, the more we practice, the more proficient we become. It is a path we walk everyday.
