      Thank you, Laurie. This may be a ‘fiery skipper’, so your observation points to that, but my ID skills on the dozens in this class is not too accurate. 😉

    They’re the sweetest visitors. I’ve seen more butterflies lately but no skippers as yet, which seems odd.

    I find butterflies very troublesome to photograph – they never settle on cue! Nice capture. 🙂

      Thank you, Adele. I used to run after them, but haven’t in years… I’m not getting any younger, ha! If I happen upon a quiet one while I’m holding the camera, that is it. 🙂
