Wordless Wednesday – Winter Mornings
This entry was posted in Country Living, My Photos and tagged sunrise, winter landscape, wordless wednesday. Bookmark the permalink.

Love the huge range of color change in that sunrise. I think we get rainbows everyday if we stop to notice. Mind you, I’m a bit distracted with a tropical cyclone bearing down on my neighborhood 🤣 Great pictures Eliza, thank you for sharing something a little more gentle 🤗❤️🙏
Thank you, Mark. Take care, batten down the hatches!
Will do kind lady, thank you 🤗❤️🙏
Pretty pastels!
Thank you, Sandy!
Welcome, Eliza.
Such lovely contrasting hues, Eliza. I never tire of winter trees.
Thank you, Jane. Happy views, for sure. 🙂
Fragile and lovely.
Thank you, Cindy!
What a beautiful morning Eliza 🩵 xxx
Thank you, Xenia. A treat to start off the day!
A treat to see!
Thank you, Anne!
Lovely morning skies. You have a great view from your deck.
Thank you, Laurie. Looking forward to sitting out there again once it warms up.
Lovely captures Eliza. Looks very chilly still! I’ll be up at Kripalu at the end of March … when Spring will hopefully have arrived!
Thank you, Val. With that south-facing lawn, I’d expect the snow should be well gone, but in New England one never knows for sure!
That delicate, shell-pink sky is especially appealing!
Thank you, Linda. A gift for the early bird. 🙂
Beautiful skies and view across your garden Eliza. Hope you are getting lots of sunshine to melt that snow!
Thank you, Cathy. Thankfully, we’re heading in that direction… melting daily!
Nice sunrise. I like the pink tone of the sky. (Suzanne)
Thank you, Suzanne!
The sky is such a delicate pink. Your snow photo looks exactly like the house and yard I had in CT.
Thank you, do you miss it at all? I’ve always lived in New England and its hard to imagine living elsewhere.
I do miss it at times. It took me many years to adapt to this climate and what really helped was being able to garden all year.
What beautiful morning skies. Only 15 days until the official arrival of spring.
Thanks, Monika. And we’re counting every day!
Winter mornings in New England—breathtaking beauty! ♡ I love the reminders.
Thank you, Barbara. Happy to share. 🙂
Beautiful 🤩
These are lovely! Nature is a great antidote to the news😏
Thank you, Belinda. It surely is. Terra firma on shifting grounds.
Your winter skies are beautiful, Eliza. Much nicer than the brownish-gray tinge we generally see in our horizon!

Thank you, Kris. The air here is quite sweet. 🙂
Winter skies can be so pretty!
Agreed… Thank you, Debbie!
Looks similar to what we have here . . . . with a bit more snow and trees. 😉
Glad to have some company, so many folks are posting spring bulbs that it is hard not to feel like we’re missing something!
I know! I have to remind myself that there’s beauty in the snowy whiteness as well.
Beautiful capture, Eliza. The glow of that sky wonderfully contrasts with the trees, nicely done!
Thank you, Tina!
Beautiful to wake up to!
Indeed it is, a good start to the day! 🙂
It feels like looking back in time – it’s been such a sunny spring-like week in England, albeit with frost in the mornings. But what a beautiful sky. The pink edging on the clouds is so delicate.
Thank you, Adele. Our winters always drag on, it’s hard to be patient!
Beautiful colours Eliza!
Thank you, Andrea!
You have a spectacular view!
Thank you, Andrea, we do feel quite blessed!
Oops, I meant Alys! 😀
Pretty! It is snowing pretty good here now. That’s OK … we need it!
Thank you, Denise. I think a lot of us are a bit behind in precipitation. Feast or famine!
