Aah, big sigh. I just love grasses!

  2. I had a friend say today that she drove past a huge wheat field, she said it was a beautiful sight with so much color. All the same, but not. Something that only many can do, like your grass. One sings…many a chorus. Thank you for sharing your Sunday group 🤗❤️🙏

  8. Such a pretty scene, nicely captured! I can almost pick up the scent of the grass 😊

These are lovely, especially when the wind blows on them. Kind of reminds me of the Monk’s long furs.

This photo speaks of peace. The combination of wheat colour and green is beautiful.

I absolutely love the autumn grasses. Yours is a beautiful representation, Eliza!

Lovely abstract. Big bluestem and Indian yellow grass are in flower here.

  16. Vicki's avatar Vicki says:

Great shot. I can see the grass blades as well as the sharp-edged ‘spikelets’.

(note: I’m in the middle of naming grass species in my photo library and wish that I’d photographed every part of the grass stem with a dark background, hence me appreciating this image).

  17. End of summer green with beginning of autumn beige — perfect!

  18. NICE shot … I like the curves. I keep a lot of the native grasses on our property and trim them to fit the other natural weeds so they look like ornamental grasses.
