Does it look like this now, or is it an older photo?
This looks as cold as a snow-covered landscape. Even though we don’t get snow, when the humidity rises and the wind comes off the bay, it can be utterly bone-chilling.

How ironic…we had fog yesterday here. Something we rarely have! Always love seeing photos of it.
I would imagine your dry atmosphere would preclude it. It happens mostly in spring and fall here, but can occur any time warm/moist hits cool/dry. I like late winter fog on snow. 🙂
Most of the time that applies but when it’s cold and humid from cloud cover we’ll get a bit. It always fascinates me when it happens.
