Really nice photo composition! Beautiful scene too.
Thank you! ❤
Splendiferous!
🙂 Thanks, Ellen!
I love the composition. And thank you for including the humble ferns. In NH I used to delight in the common sumac with their varied palettes along the road sides. There is beauty everywhere if you can see it.
Thank you, Peter. It is true, beauty is everywhere!
What a nice mix of colors – beautiful picture!
Thank you, Meg!
Looks like a Monet painting 🌈🖼
Thank you, Karen! ❤
It’s nice to see drifts of flowers like this. Lovely fall day!
Thank you, Lisa. It was lovely to see all those asters with the stone wall, bronze ferns and dark brown dock. Autumn is so amazing around here!
What a lovely sight on the landscape. Nothing like Autumn colour to grab the photographer’s eye. 🙂
Yes, so true, Autumn is a fine time of year. Thanks, Vicki! ❤
Such a gorgeous scene, Eliza. Love it!
Many thanks, Sandy!
My pleasure.
Beautiful
Merci, Sheree!
😎
You create beauty Eliza.
Thank you, Cindy. I might capture it with my camera, but Ma Nature gets all the credit! 🙂
autumn, a season that I look forward to every year, so much nature offers us such beautiful colors
Agreed… Merci!
Looks like your autumn has started off well! We seem to have a glut of fungi here this year and the trees are turning too.
Yes, our dry summer has yielded some nice fall colour, but not as many fungi. It is cyclical, I guess. This week’s rain has helped, but that and the wind are taking lots down, as expected. We took a long walk today and it was gorgeous!
A great place for bees.it must have smelled so nice, there.
Yes, this was the same area I saw the monarchs I posted a while back. It was a lovely spot.
Beautiful composition, Eliza!! Fields of heaven!! xo
Thank you, Amy! ❤
Very nice Eliza! Enjoyed seeing your Autumn Colors!
Thank you, Reed!
Outstanding! ♥️🍁🙂
Thank you, Susan!
Eliza, you might enjoy the book The Wild Iris by this years Nobel prize winner for literature. I did a short post on my blog about her.
Your photo is lovely.
Thank you, Carol. I will check it out!
Oh, gosh! I can almost smell the scent of the autumn countryside.
🙂 Thanks, Laurie.
Beautiful autumn colours.
Thank you, Rupali.
Such a lovely capture of autumn, Eliza. 😊
Thank you, Irene. Enjoying it while it lasts! 🙂
Perfect!
Thank you, Belinda!
Beautiful! And the image makes it clear exactly what season it is in your part of the country. Our marine layer was back in full force and effect this morning so maybe we’re finally turning toward fall too (at least our version of it).
Thank you, Kris. Fall is brilliant this year, I’ve really been enjoying it. Hope the cooler weather sticks around for you!
Splendiferous Autumnal splendor. : )
🙂 Many thanks!
Such a lovely tableau of autumn’s beauty, Eliza. And so nicely composed.
Thank you, Steve. 🙂
Just lovely!
Thank you, Cathy!
Wonderful autumn shades. Love the new header too.
Thank you very much!
Beautiful I can see some similarities with how far fall has come between your home and mine. I hope you are enjoying a fabulous weekend my friend.
Thank you, Maria. 🙂
Lovely autumn colors and photo!!
Thank you, S!
Happy asters to you. Now’s indeed the time to play them up.
Thank you, Steve. ‘Tis the season, indeed.
Delightful Eliza!
Thank you, Andrea!
Pretty and great texture too!
Thank you, Denise. I love these autumn vignettes, and this one was exceptional in its native plant diversity.
