The Silent Sunday looks more like Chilly Sunday..π
ππ
Shiva
It really is chilly here today – this morning it was 6F (-14C) at dawn. Brrr!
Thanks for your visit, Shiva.
OMG! – 14 C

The light showing through the snow adds a very gentle touch.
Thank you, Micheal. I love it when the sun backlights and creates an inner glow.
btw, it was 6 degrees when I got up this morning! Very frosty!
Brrrr 6 degrees!!! It’s cooling down here this week, but it’s still warm enough to keep the windows open during the day.
Nice!
Reblogged this on anita dawes and jaye marie.
Thank you for reblogging β€
I just adore snowy photographs!
π Glad you do – probably a lot more coming! π
Goody!
Amazing π
Thank you kindly, Karen. π
Snow enhancer….
π Thanks, Alice.
Your snow pictures are awesome β€
Thank you!
Winterβs frosting, nice colour contrast!
Thank you, Belinda. It does look like frosting, doesn’t it? π
Love the colors of this photo!
Thank you, Hagar!
I have to say…I’m not entirely upset it doesn’t look like this around here!
π Just came back from a nice snowshoe hike – invigorating!
We had a little warm front over the weekend – Choppy and I got in some nice, long walks!
π Tucking the mileage away for a subzero day!
Yup! I did the math a few weeks ago, and we only need to average about 1.1 miles a day until May to average two miles a day for the year. All those miles banked over the summer have added up!
Lovely, nice and quiet.
Thank you, Mary. π
My favourite thing … SNOW!!! π
And we still have lots!
You’re definitely going to have a white Christmas, aren’t you?!
I think so. A couple of days this week might break freezing, but not enough to melt it all. Everyone here loves a white Christmas!
So so very beautiful!! πΉβοΈπΉβοΈπΉβοΈ
Thank you, Trini!
Very nice!
Muchas gracias, Maria!
Winter is here, and how beautiful it is.
Thank you, Laurie. We’re at Solstice this week and it really feels wintry out there!
How beautiful! The bokeh background is lovely. π
Thank you, Robin! I appreciate you noticing. π
Ooooh snow, and sumac … sumac is one of my favorites! (Snow not so much.)
π Today, we had our first warm day above freezing (42) in 10 days. Lots melted, but I think we’ll still have a white Christmas.
Brrrr
Lovely. Staghorn or winged or neither?
Thank you. It is Staghorn Sumac.

Boldly bearing the cold flakes…exquisite photo, Eliza!
