“Fall has always been my favorite season. The time when everything bursts with its last beauty, as if nature had been saving up all year for the grand finale.”
― Lauren DeStefano
Glorious autumn foliage surrounds us – what an amazing gift!
This post is especially for MK
Beautiful…favorite, the leaves in a pile on the ground. Gorgeous.
Thank you, Gigi. 🙂

Love all the shades.
Thank you, Mary.
Tis the season of contrasting colors, textures and light! You’ve captured them well Eliza 🙂
Many thanks, Val.:-)
Two words: Gloriously magnificent!
Indeed… thank you, Maureen!
Oh thank you Eliza. It is the most beautiful bouquet of the year. ❤
You’re so welcome, glad you liked it. Not like the real thing, but close enough!
Beautiful, I hope to catch it one day in its fullest! Beautiful images!
I hope you do, too. Photos do not do it justice! Thanks, Maria.
The next two weeks here are going to see rapid changes. I hope they are as beautiful as you show.
It gives us an excuse (like we need one!) to get out and enjoy the scenery. 🙂 Hope yours is equally lovely.
What gorgeous colours Eliza! Enjoy this wonderful season!
Thank you, Cathy. It is fleeting, so I’m trying to get out and walk in it every day.
Love Autumn leaves 🍁🍂🍁
Same here, thanks, Frances. 🙂
Stunning colours:)
The trees are just blazing flames right now – so amazing. Even though I’ve lived here all my life, it still amazes me.
I love these colors, and I miss them… Beautiful pictures! The second one is stunning! 🙂
Thank you, Ana. Maybe plan a future vacation to New England in October? 🙂
Oh, yeah… Definitely! 🙂
Stunning!
Thank you, Julie!
How beautiful! The maple leaves are stunning. Wonderful photos, Eliza. 🙂
Thank you, Robin. Can’t wait to see your autumn photos, they will undoubtedly be spectacular!
Wow. There is so much colour it almost hurts to look. Almost. I had no idea virginia creeper could get that red. Lovely.
Thank you, Debra. I love the creeper and let it run wild all over my yard, just to see its fall display.
Don’t you just love Virginia Creeper?? Hard killing frost here so it’s now raining leaves and the nasturtium etc are toast. Beautiful images of Fall Eliza!
Thank you, Kathy. I do adore VA creeper and will let it clamber through any tree it chooses. Just the oaks and beeches are left with all the wind we’ve had. Swishing through the leaves is great fun!
