Oh, they are gorgeous! 🙂 ❤ Reminds me of my granny, she always has tulips in her garden in spring, and mostly they are red like these ❤ 🙂 I miss my granny, must go and see her soon 🙂
Thanks, Trini. I’m sure she would love to see you, too. You must be her favorite! 😉
No, that is my brother cause he is her first grandchild 🙂 ❤
Okay, favorite grand-daughter! 😉 ❤
Hihiihihi 🙂 ❤ I don't think I am that either, but I'll pretend 🙂 I have a cousin and she is so good at helping my granny with everything, but since I live in India I cant. But I think I was my paternal grandmother's favorite 🙂 ❤ She is gone now, but I still feel her here in my heart ❤
❤ 🙂
Would red tulips be your favourite flowers? When I was a very small girl and lived in Western Australia, I remember my maternal grand father driving us up to Araluen park to see the gardens of tulips. A beautiful memory that is about 74 years old. Thank you and Trini for triggering the memory.
Thanks, Maureen. I’m glad the post triggered a happy memory. 🙂
I am fond of red tulips, but if I had to pick a favorite flower I would have to say peonies – they are luscious!
Beautiful, Eliza. Oh, how I wish it were spring. It is not even winter. Here, it is mid-summer. We would both be happy if we could take your snow in exchange for our warmth. The snow pack in the mountains is our “reservoir”. There isn’t any snow pack.
This is scary indeed. Millions of people depend on that snowpack. What is to come of them? It may be time to get out of Dodge, sister.
Very scary. Our new locale is the focus of more & more of our conversations.
Aaaah, breath taking! Such a beautiful capture Eliza…
Thank you, Storm!
Not here it isn’t. Beautiful tulips.
Thanks!
So freakin’ gorgeous! Thanks for the day brightener Eliza! ❤
Thank you, Julie, glad to bring some light into your day. 🙂
I just love tulips. They pretty little faces just beg us to believe in spring.
So true Julie. Their bright colors do cheer us up! Hope you weathering winter well.
Thanks Eliza. Just had a THR so am lying low.
Is that a stress test? I hope all is well and that it is just routine.
No Total Hip Replacement. Better every day. 🙂
Oh, my, that is no easy work, but your attitude is good, it gets better every day. Mend well, my friend!
Thanks Eliza! I’ll be in gardening mode one rehab is over.
Atta-girl! And it will feel so much better than last year. 🙂
Eliza, have you ever planted Hyacinth Bean Vine Seeds? They are an annual but are just gorgeous. I harvested some seeds last year and would love to send some to you if you would like.
Thank you for your kind offer… yes, I have planted it before and Barbara from Silver in the Barn sent me some seeds last fall, as I had failed to save any from the previous year. It is such a lovely vine!
what a visual treat, thank you Eliza!!!
You are so welcome – thanks for stopping by!
Lovely photos! 🙂
Thanks so much!
