Cold and beautiful! What’s the temperature? I took a two hour walk earlier today in a brisky but very comfortable (as long as you’re on the move) 14F.
Thank you, Maria. We’ve had at least a week of below freezing temps, lows around 10F and days mid-20s. The stream is pretty much iced up. Beautiful!
The galaxy is pretty, but the icy, frosty, ‘tendrils’ are amazing. Incredible how those form and grow.

I love the spikes along the edges and the dark ice in the middle. Crossing my fingers that the low temps overnight will produce good crystals.
