I still have the photo I saved of your Adirondack chair(s?) in summer. Was this taken from the same location? Doesn’t matter — but such a change!
I’m flattered you liked the shot, Linda. 🙂 Yes, same bluff overlooking the river and if the weather is ‘tolerable,’ it makes a nice rest stop on our walks. Summer and winter are extremely different here!
A beautiful view to enjoy!
It surely is… thanks, Donna. 🙂
Ooh, is that change coming Eliza? 🤣❤️🙏
Not for at least a month!
Oh, so it’s just your toes wiggling to get back out into the garden? 🤣
I’m fine to wait… it will come soon enough. 🙂
Beautiful moment ⛄️
Thank you, Karen. A peaceful spot. 🙏🏼
It looks like a wonderful view 🙂
Thank you, Anne. We keep two chairs there to enjoy the view. A restful stop on our walks.
What a beautiful view Eliza! 💛 xxx
Thank you, Xenia. A nice stopping spot (and treat stop for Wren)!
Looks peaceful, Eliza. ♥
It is, one of my meditation stops. 🙂
Yes, it is a beautiful view!
Thanks, it’s such a restful spot!
And such a lovely view! Glad to see you are bundled up.
Thanks, Laurie. Born and bred New Englander! 😉
Ever-changing with the seasons, so perfect.
Thank you, Alice! ❄️
Beautiful scenery. I am watching the weather as I’m writing this. It looks like more is on the way for you.
Thank you! Yes, another foot expected this weekend. What a winter we’re having!
Lovely! I’m not as enamored of snow and cold as you are, Eliza, so I’ll just enjoy the view vicariously!
Thanks, Debbie. As long as I’m dressed warmly, I love it. 🙂
Wearing a lot of layers too, I bet!

Down, wool and insulated boots! 🙂
What a lovely spot to survey the surrounding area. Even if I shivered just a bit (course that could be because it’s only 5ºF right now).
Thanks, Monika. If it was below 20º, I wouldn’t be sitting here. There is a limit to my endurance!
A beautiful white landscape.
Thank you, Sandy. We’ve been below freezing with frequent storms for weeks, a ‘normal’ old-time winter!
Winter’s restful beauty 💛
For sure… I’m enjoying my snowy world right now. 🙂
Aww look at you, snowy shoes!
Warm and cosy, too. 🙂
A beautiful and peaceful view.
Thank you, Rebecca. My favorite stopping place, it always soothes.
I’m glad you’re enjoying the view. We have a similar view today after almost no snow for most of the winter. Happy nearing the end of winter…
Thank you, Beth. Your recent storm is heading our way, I think. Lots to shovel!
I love that you are surrounded by this beauty.
Believe me, I love it, too! 😀 Thanks, Alys!
Not too cold to sit and enjoy your pretty view? 😉 Is it slowly warming up yet Eliza?
Our temps continue to fluctuate, but mostly below freezing and one storm after another. Keeps us busy, ha!
I bet you were dressed warmly 😊. Lovely photos!
Thank you, Belinda. Dressing appropriately makes all the difference!
Love the photo of you enjoying the view!!🙂
Thanks, it’s a nice place to pause during a walk. 🙂
