It’s one of my favorite shades of yellow, although it’s not a color I usually associate with orchids. I know they come in all shades, but in our grocery stores we’re always awash in pink, purple, and white orchids. This one’s quite different, and especially beautiful.

  7. Love orchids. That one is a beauty.

  8. Just sharing some sunshine!

  9. Tina says:

Such a joyful photo! I guess it’s the yellow that is so happy, but the folds and undulations evoke dance and movement. It’s a lovely shot for a (hopefully!) sunny Sunday!

  22. I’ve been losing hope over how late spring’s arrival may be this year with winters recent bad attitude, but this beautiful photo and burst of yellow has given me some hope!😁

    • Eliza Waters says:

Glad to hear it. We’re getting another big storm tomorrow night, but sooner or later, spring will win. All I have to think about is how hot summer can be and I’m content with the cooler winter temps!
