    It’s not red, but it reminded me of these lines from Samuel Taylor Coleridge’s “Christobel”: “The one red leaf, the last of its clan/that dances as often as dance it can.”

    Oh I love this one so much! Hope you’re making through the bitter cold safely Eliza! You’ve really had quite a winter. It’s milder here this winter (so far) and spring feels in a hurry.

      Thank you, Susie! Our winter has been above average in temp and below in snowfall, but this weekend was crazy cold, that wind was scary! Now it is back to warmer days again. 🙂
