      Thank you, Julie. I’ve been seeing more butterflies each day. My milkweed patch has grown huge, so we are ready for the monarchs when they get here about a month from now.

    I agree about leaving at least patches or corners for clover, grasses and other small plants to flourish and benefit insects, birds and other creatures. Lovely photo and the depth of field works so well in challenging circumstances!
