Thank you, Karina. Yes, our temps will be chilly for a couple more months, with nightly frosts until May. Today’s high was around 5C, which is exciting for us, and may reach 10C on Sat. but a cold front is due and it’ll drop down to -15C at night. Beyond that, the next month will hover between -5 and +5C daily. Perfect weather for maple syrup production!
Hope the maple syrup proves productive 🙂
Me, too. Local farmers depend on the income generated, so we always hope for a good season for them and to enjoy the fruits of their labor. 🙂

Thank you, Maria. The past few days have been in the 40-50º range, so there’s been some melting, but cold returns tomorrow, of course. We still could have a good storm or two in the weeks ahead.
About the same as here then. We have warm days, and slightly colder nights…still very icy.
