Very peaceful Eliza. I hope your weekend is as beautiful as this photo.
Thank you, we’ve had gorgeous blue skies and temps right at freezing, perfect for walks. Warming temps expected this week, so soon the snow and ice will be gone, making way for spring.
Beautiful!
Thank you, Trini! ❤
Wow Eliza! Stunning.
Thank you, Cindy!
Gorgeous
Thank you, Sheree!
Pleasure Eliza
A well chosen title for this beautiful photograph – beauty in the simplicity 🙂
Thank you, Anne. x
Expansive spaces give us room to grow 💕💚
Yes, indeed. The river is such a soothing place. ❤
The ice is melting. And so beautifully too. 🙂
Thank you, Joanne. Temps are rising, 15C this week!
Amazing symmetry, Eliza.
Thank you, Steve. I love watching how the river changes season to season, and year to year.
The title is as good as the photograph
Thank you, Derrick!
Just love this image. Happy Sunday Eliza.
Thank you, Karina, same to you!
Quietude. Peacefulness. Winter is slowly making way for Spring.
Yes, indeed. Thanks, Alice!
Gorgeous. Love the coldness of the colors and the way the curves pull you right through the picture. Well done!
Thank you, Debra!
Beautiful photo, Eliza. Good timing to enjoy today with the warmup coming our way. Happy Sunday!
Thank you, Judy. Yes, these scenes will change a lot this week. I think the deep cold is behind us!
This is so appealing to the eye, following the zigzag curves. Very beautiful, Eliza, looks like a painting! 💙
Thank you, Donna. Sometimes the river ice forms so beautifully. I saw some amazing ice daggers today on our walk – sadly, no camera with me!
And what a beautiful meander! Wonderful blue and white tones.
Thank you, Laurie!
So beautiful!
Thank you, Ellen!
What a wonderfully peaceful image!
Thank you, Carol. A good lazy Sunday vibe!
Lovely.
Thank you, Vicki. 🙂
Nice
Thanks!
Nice sinuosity. 🙂
Thanks, Steve. Winter shows exactly where the current is strongest, not as obvious at the other times of the year.
Oh, that is so pretty and soothing.
Thank you, I’m glad you felt that, just what I thought, too. 🙂
Such a pretty meander!
Thank you, Sandy. A good lazy Sunday photo. 🙂
Indeed!
Splendid photo and wonderful capture of the color tones of winter!
Thank you, Susan!
Wow! I can really sense this place of soothing movement and slow chilly release. Thanks Eliza 💕
Thank you, Val. Nature is definitely my healing place. 🙂
So perfect – except perhaps for the cold that comes with it.
Thank you, Kris. If dressed warmly, the cold is actually invigorating and one comes back to a warm house all rosy-cheeked, ready for a cup of tea. 🙂
I’d love this printed on a wall scroll!
That would be cool! Bringing nature inside. 🙂
A gorgeous shot Eliza. Do you still have lots of snow and ice?
Thank you, Cathy. Yes, about 6-8″ of snow (with ice below, I’m sure). But warm temps forecast this week will surely make a dent in it!
The transition of the seasons – Great capture, Eliza.
Thank you, Frank!
Hi Eliza, amazing pic for Sunday. I know it’s cold, but the photographic opportunities are many.

A very pretty shot, curve and color!
