Thank you, Saania!
This one must stand out in the garden – a blossom worth looking forward to.
It certainly is a standout. My spouse just planted a whole row of their little bulbils in hopes of having more, but that will take a few years.
Absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you, Maria!
Wow! Very tropical π
Yes, that bright orange fairly shouts warmth! π
Great shot for this first Sunday in August. π
Thank you, Judy!

You are welcome, Eliza. Fyi … some of the seeds you sent me have turned into lovely flowers. I cannot thank you enough for making my gardens so much lovelier this year.
I’m so glad to know that! They will most likely self-sow for years to come. β€

So extravagant and exotic! They definitely do π
π
A beautiful, freckled lily.
Thanks, Alice. They may be called Tiger Lily for their orange color, but those spots make me think of leopards. π
Leopard Lilies sounds better.
Agreed, but leopards are gold colored, so I guess Tiger it is.
that is beautiful!
Thank you, Fi!

Thank you, Donna! π
I made it this time!! I too grow these flowers. They are from my grandmother.
A lovely lily to have and all the more special when it comes from a special loved one. π
I feel the same way and have so many floral trinkets from loved ones. best wishes-Michele
One of my favorites!
Definitely a classic β thanks, Laurie!
Oh, there’s something about spotted flowers…
π They just invite one in, don’t they?
Interesting as well as beautiful.
Gosh Eliza that really is very ‘stand out’. I could almost imagine someone walking into a room in an outfit of that material and pattern. They would certainly get noticed!
Yes, indeed, they would. It is like a stoplight in the garden!
Amazing patten!
Gracias, Maria!
