Gorgeous! Stunning color..they almost look like ‘triple’ Tulips! …..hmmmmm I have a glass ❤️ shaped vase similar to that….but where? Brrrrr….I just planted my last …of 7 sixpacks of Pansies….so chilly out & a few snowflakes were coming down 😮🤭

Love the colors! – and looking forward to In a Vase on Monday!

  5. Murtagh's Meadow says:

    What a lovely bright colour!

    • Eliza Waters says:

Thank you, Karina. We need it on this cold, blustery day– the weather is more like December than April.

      • Murtagh's Meadow says:

It’s a bit improved here. It was blustery too, but we had sunshine (and showers) and about 12 degrees celcius. Soil temperatures even warming up at last!

  6. Blizzard here. Beautiful to watch the wind sculpt shapes at will. Must say though, the tulips warm my heart!

  7. Joanna says:

They are beautiful! Are they from your garden already?

  8. Elizabeth says:

Oohh Eliza, those are lovely tulips! Spring is coming – I think! We’ve had a bit of a tease this weekend here in PA and I spent the entire weekend out in the sun, but tomorrow looks like winter again. ugh.

  9. A tonic (especially as we dig out from 14” of snow in MN)!

  10. neihtn2012 says:

This is exactly what we need on this windy, cold, and rainy day!

  11. Lots of energy and beauty 🍊🍊

  12. Wonderful hubs! Beautiful photo and flowers.

  13. Very cheerful…love the color!

  14. Kris P says:

I’m glad you found a burst of color! I hope your weather is improving?

    • Eliza Waters says:

Thank you, Kris. The weather is less than pleasing today. ‘Wintry mix’ overnight has left the ground covered in a couple of inches and now it is pouring rain. Wish I could ship you some!

  15. Christina says:

Gorgeous! Do you know the variety? Interestingly shaped vase too.

  16. Indie says:

A gorgeous breath of spring! Especially when it doesn’t look quite so spring-like outside…

  17. NorCal Zen says:

That is a beautiful, happy bouquet. Have a wonderful new week!

  18. ladyfi says:

    So much beauty!

  19. Christy B says:

Peach, orange, or red – whatever color those flowers are I like it xx

  20. dawnbirdau says:

Just beautiful! So vibrant. Love it!

    • Eliza Waters says:

Thank you very much – we’ve really been enjoying them. Esp. since we’ve had 2″ of snow overnight. Getting kind of tired of cold weather!

      • dawnbirdau says:

Yes, enjoy them! The only down side I have to frequent travel is that I rarely get a chance to have fresh flowers in the home. I lived in Canada at one time, so appreciate being tired of cold!

  21. Maria says:

    The orange color is beautiful.

  22. pbmgarden says:

What a handsome arrangement. The color is divine.

  23. nshami14 says:

This brought me joy. Coincidentally, my blouse is the same color today. Thank you.

    • Eliza Waters says:

Thank you. I’m glad to share the joy that this bouquet has brought me. I wish I could share its spicy scent as well– a simple, yet profound delight.

  24. Trail Walker says:

I love these colors, Eliza. They give me faith that spring will arrive.

GORGEOUS! You made my day, Eliza! Thank you! 💝

  29. Your husband made a beautiful selection! I love your still-life photo … it has a wonderful, homey feeling!

  30. Adele Brand says:

They’re beautiful! If you are still waiting for spring, I hope it comes to you soon. It feels like we’ve gone straight from winter to July in the UK, although the flowers think it’s spring. Our heatwaves never last though.

  31. JEN Garrett says:

I love that vase! At the angle you took the pic, I thought for a minute that I was looking at a mirror image, but no, it’s just a beautiful vase in the shape of a cloud. Awesome!

  32. Jet Eliot says:

A gorgeous profusion of warmth and color inside, and your outdoors still looks on the wintry side. Great photo of springtime, Eliza.

  33. Peter Herpst says:

Glorious color to warm the winter weary soul!
