Beautiful
Thank you!
I think you are a connoisseur of light…
Aw, thanks for that, Lisa! 🙂
Silent, but beautiful Sunday. 🙂
Yes, indeed. Thanks, Ana!
The sunny side of life.
Absolutely! 🙂
What a cheerful, optimistic picture.
Thank you, Micheal. Spring is such a wonderful time to be alive!
This is pretty Eliza, what is that tree called?
That is a Katsura (from Japan) and those are its tiny, two-petalled flowers. The light through them is so pretty!
Stillness light and connection! Always healing Eliza ❤️❤️
So true, that it is. I love that my yard is a healing space. Thank you, Karen.
We all benefit from your healing space Eliza ❤️
I am so glad to hear that Karen. That is my deepest hope. 🙂
Magical Eliza! Like a fairy tree~
Oh, I like that…a fairy tree – describes it perfectly! Thanks, Cindy!
Oooooh!! Beautiful!! 💖💖
Thank you, Trini!
The new leaves on a tree are such an optimistic sight. It’s like the appearance of swallows or gamboling lambs. I defy anyone to see them and not feel uplifted. 🙂
Indeed, we’re having very uplifting weather these past few days, much to my delight. The gardens are shaping up nicely and my back is still working. 😉 Yay for yoga!
Sounds wonderful! 🙂
Oooh SPRING:)
🙂 Yay!
Reblogged this on Anita Dawes & Jaye Marie.
Thank you for reblogging!
our pleasure!
yes, it’s all about the light, isn’t it? Lovely image.
Thank you so much, Ann.
Aw..the loveliest sign of spring, beautiful light 🙂
Thank you, Ann. 🙂
New leaves in bright sunlight!! That’s what April should look like! Beautiful moment captured, Eliza. 😊
Thank you, Archita, spring is soul-boosting!
Yeah!!! This picture conveys so much- joy, hope, resilience.
Thank you, Kim. Spring brings that feeling, doesn’t it? 🙂
Very nice light and feeling for spring here.
Thank you so much!
Like gothic traceries! The colour of those emerging leaves is wonderful
Thank you, Allison! Yes, I can imagine that. Actually, they are not leaves, but tiny female flowers on a Katsura. When the light shines through them, it is so arresting!
Ah, I have some one year old katsura trees in the greenhouse and they have just come into leaf, so I assumed the same for yours, but flowers is more wonderful!
As you probably know, there are male and female individual trees. I was lucky to get a female as they are multi-trunked, much nicer I think. 🙂
Beautiful. Reminds me of Redbuds.
Thank you, Mary. The gift is similar. 🙂
SPRING!
YES!
Love that red fringe!
I love that tree! I planted it 24 years ago with my then 3 yr old son. He came to me and asked if we could plant a tree. I ran for my keys and we drove right away to the nursery. I wanted to encourage that behavior! 🙂
What a beautiful picture of colors and signs of spring.
Thank you!
Lovely how the red in the photo shines in the sunlight!
